Adolescence is a time of discovery and change in the family and peer sphere. Ongoing brain development can also be a challenging time especially in a state of constant connection to social media. I offer a space to explore the conscious mind of an adolescent as they become truly thinking individuals. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills such as Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Mindfulness in session.
